Welcome to Envision Senior Services LLC. Our mission is to assist seniors and their families that need options for specialized patient care after hospitalization and rehabilitation. With over 10 years’ experience assisting seniors and their families in this capacity, it is our passion to provide the best guidance and options to our clients.
Not only are we able to assist with private pay clients, it is our privilege to be able to assist Medicaid and transitional Medicaid clients. Need assistance completing the Medicaid application? No problem! We are trained and skilled in helping you apply for Medicaid services online. Our Medicaid assistance services are always free. And we never charge our clients or their family members for our services.
Although we are primarily based in the Thurston, Lewis, and Pierce County areas, our services are available throughout Western Washington.

Meet the Team

Peggy Nourse
Owner
Peggy started her career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. While working as a CNA, her dedication, compassion, and attention to detail prompted the Director of Nursing to recruit Peggy as her assistant.
After taking time to further her education in the nursing field, she then transitioned her career path to a role in placement and referrals through another agency. There she developed her passion and contributed her expertise for eight years, before deciding to strike out on the endeavor of Envision Senior Services.
She spends her time split between Washington State and Wisconsin. She cherishes time spent with her family and their pets. In her leisure time, Peggy enjoys participating in dog shows and spending time with friends and family.
Andrea Booty
Assistant Senior Advisor
Andrea is new to Envision Senior Services. She is learning the ropes, so to speak. Her enthusiasm and caring nature make her a welcome addition to the team. She has an extensive background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She has experience working in In-Home Care and Assisted Living.
