About Us
Please allow us to introduce ourselves;
Nichole Effelberg and Peggy Nourse. We are the owners and driving force of Envision Senior Services, LLC. Our mission is to assist seniors and their families that need options for specialized patient care after hospitalization and rehabilitation. With over 10 years’ experience assisting seniors and their families in this capacity, as well as having extensive backgrounds in hands-on care, working as CNAs in assisted living, memory care, and adult family home settings, it is our passion to provide the best guidance and options to our clients. Not only are we able to assist with private pay clients, we pride ourselves on being able to assist Medicaid and transitional Medicaid clients.
Although primarily based and working in the Thurston, Mason, and Lewis County areas, we can also extend our services into Pierce and King County as needed.
